Thiollier’s Hidden Needle

Thiollier’s Hidden Needle is a tiny, very light fist weapon from Shadow of the Erdtree that deals physical and magic damage and builds up Eternal Sleep. It scales mainly with Dexterity, with some Intelligence.

Its skill, Sleep Evermore, stabs a sleep poison deep into the enemy. A follow-up strike against a foe that is already asleep or in eternal sleep deals heavy damage.

Where to find it

Given by Thiollier after you defeat Promised Consort Radahn at the top of Enir-Ilim, but only if you completed his quest line before reaching Needle Knight Leda in the Cleansing Chamber.

Item description & lore

Thiollier carried this concealed needle, a kind of weapon poisoners prefer. Its poison is likened to St. Trina and her deep-purple garden, sending victims into a sleep they never wake from.

Notes & tips

  • Easy to miss: it depends on finishing Thiollier‘s quest at the right time.
