Buy the unaltered armor from Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold for 6,000 runes once Elemer of the Briar has been defeated. Alter it at a site of grace or with Boc.

Item description & lore

Battered iron armor from a distant land, worn by Elemer of the Briar. The rusty coils of iron thorns mark a condemned criminal and usually mean a death sentence. Elemer killed many teachers and merchants, earning the name Bell Bearing Hunter.
