Ash of War: Thunderbolt
Thunderbolt lets you raise your weapon and call a bolt of lightning down onto your foes, and you can keep casting it in quick succession. It gives the armament the Lightning affinity.
It works on all melee armaments and suits a build that leans on Dexterity and lightning damage.

Where to find it
A guaranteed drop from a Scarab in Leyndell, Royal Capital. Look in the courtyard ringed by ruined buildings, between the bridge below the stairs of the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace and the corpse of the ancient dragon Gransax.
Once you own it, Smithing Master Hewg can duplicate it in exchange for Lost Ashes of War.
