Primeval Sorcerer Lusat

Primeval Sorcerer Lusat came from Sellia and was one of the founders of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Like Azur, he chased the primeval current, and he now sits sealed away deep in the Sellia Hideaway.

You reach him with the Sellian Sealbreaker from Sorceress Sellen, and he gives you Stars of Ruin.
