Smithing Master Hewg
Smithing Master Hewg works the forge in the Roundtable Hold, chained to it, upgrading weapons for every Tarnished who comes through. He is gruff, old and tired, a Misbegotten who has been hammering steel for longer than he can remember.
He can strengthen your weapons all the way to their maximum level, as long as you bring the right materials. His quiet friendship with Roderika is one of the warmest stories in the game.
