A light head piece of the Blue Festive Set, worn together with the Blue Festive Garb. It is soft festival cloth rather than armour, so expect very little physical protection and almost no poise. Its charm is the look: a colourful ceremonial hood that belongs at a village celebration.

It has a small chance (1.5%) to drop from the Dominula Dancers who wear it in Dominula, Windmill Village on the Altus Plateau. These dancers always fight with the Celebrant’s Sickle, so farming the hood can take some patience.
