Gaol Cave

Gaol Cave is a prison dug out beneath Fort Gael. To get in, you cross a pool of scarlet rot and use a Stonesword Key on the sealed entrance. Inside, the cells hold prisoners, monsters and loot, and the deeper chambers belong to vulgar militiamen.

The boss is a Frenzied Duelist, a huge brute with a chain and a shackled hand. Along the way you can find the Somber Smithing Stone [5], the Wakizashi and the Pillory Shield.
