Dung Eater
The Dung Eater is the most unpleasant person in the Lands Between, and he knows it. He calls himself a scourge upon the living, and he defiles his victims with Seedbed Curses so that their souls can never return to the Erdtree.
He appears at the Roundtable Hold once you reach the Altus Plateau, and then asks you to set him free from a cell beneath Leyndell. His questline leads to the Blessing of Despair ending. It is grim from start to finish.

Questline
- Roundtable Hold. After you reach the Altus Plateau, he appears in the western part of the Hold. Talk to him with a Seedbed Curse to get the Sewer-Gaol Key.
- Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Free him from his cell under Leyndell.
- Capital Outskirts. He invades you as a dark spirit. Beat him.
- Back to his cell. Give him five Seedbed Curses in total.
Fate & endings
When the Dung Eater has his curses, he gives you the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse, used for the Blessing of Despair ending.
