Celebrant’s Rib-Rake

A strange, light spear made from human bone and wrapped in bright fabric. It deals physical damage and needs only 8 Strength and 14 Dexterity. Its odd passive grants 10 runes each time you land an attack.

The skill is Barbaric Roar. It was used as a ceremonial tool by dancers during the festivals of a windmill village.
