Where to find it

A very rare drop (0.5%) from Wandering Nobles who carry it. Look for the ones wearing the altered aristocrat garb and boots. Nobles with a sword and torch will not drop it. The carriage on the road north of the Agheel Lake South site of grace has several in its caravan.
