Marred Wooden Shield

The Marred Wooden Shield is a wooden medium shield with an 8 Strength requirement and no skill. Its magic and lightning guard are fairly good for a wooden shield.

Like its leather counterpart, it was carried by Stormveil’s soldiers.

Where to find it

In Stormveil Castle, near the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. Jump over the crenellations in the area where Warhawks perch on barrels, then drop down the outer walls onto the ledges jutting from the cliff.

Item description & lore

Shield of the soldiers of Stormveil, mottled and thorny just like the castle. Some say grafting’s curse is to blame; others suspect something far more sinister deep within the walls.
