This medallion makes roars and breath attacks more powerful. That covers roar skills and the empowered attacks that follow them, along with breath-style incantations, most of them from the dragon communion family.
If your build is all about bellowing at enemies or breathing fire and frost on them, this is an easy slot to fill.

A bronze medallion showing a giant in mid-roar. In ancient times the giants were sworn foes of the Erdtree, and their roars laid waste to the land, set off avalanches, and stirred up firestorms.
Notes & tips
- Direct damage of roar skills such as Beast’s Roar, Regal Roar, Starcaller Cry and Troll’s Roar goes up by 15%, as do the incantations Aspects of the Crucible: Breath, Howl of Shabriri and Roar of Rugalea.
- The follow-up heavy attack after Barbaric Roar, Braggart’s Roar, Shriek of Milos, Troll’s Roar and War Cry also gains 15%.
- Many dragon communion incantations, such as Agheel’s Flame, Borealis’s Mist, Dragonfire and Dragonice, gain 10%.
