Cerulean Seed Talisman

Increases the FP you get back from each sip of the Flask of Cerulean Tears. Spellcasters and anyone who spams weapon skills will feel the difference, since fewer flask charges need to go to FP.

Where to find it

On a corpse in the Carian Study Hall in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes, before the tower is inverted. Climb the ladders up to the highest level of rafters to find it.

Item description & lore

It is shaped after a seed of the Erdtree. People once believed the Erdtree was perfect and everlasting, so the very idea of it producing seeds seemed impossible.
