Where to find it
Found on a corpse in Volcano Manor, Mt. Gelmir. From the throne room, just before the waygate to the Audience Pathway, go west up the stairs and open the imp statue fog wall with 2 Stonesword Keys. When you reach the end of a wooden catwalk, turn right and drop to the catwalk below. Follow the path out of the room and around it until you come back in on the other side. The corpse hangs from a wooden catwalk close by.
Item description & lore
Shows a dagger and a surgeon. The white-robed field surgeons help friend and foe alike, sparing the mortally wounded a long, painful death with a final thrust. Mercy, it seems, can feed a thirst for blood.
