Whetstone Knife

This little tool lets you apply Ashes of War to your weapons at any Site of Grace, changing their weapon skill and, when the Ash of War allows it, their affinity. Which affinities you can pick depends on the Ash of War and on which whetblades you have found.

In a chest in the underground cellar at the Gatefront Ruins in Limgrave, together with the Storm Stomp Ash of War.
