Where to find it

Found beside a lake in Crumbling Farum Azula. From the Tempest-Facing Balcony Site of Grace, go back southwest through the church and ride the elevator on the far side. When you step out, keep left and hug the wall until you look down over the lake. The bell bearing waits under a gazebo at the water’s edge.
