Where to find it

Ten can be found per playthrough. Spots mentioned in the input include:

One in the Street of Sages Ruins.
Two in the Perfumer’s Ruins, one guarded by an Omenkiller.
One on a corpse in a camp guarded by Omen northwest of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace.

Hermit Merchant’s Bell Bearing 1 also adds one to the Twin Maiden Husks‘ stock.
