Where to find it
Inside a chest at the top of a tower in the Academy of Raya Lucaria, beyond the Debate Parlor Site of Grace. From the courtyard where you meet Moongrum, head through the south gate onto a small balcony and follow the eastern wall. Jump the railing to a ledge, follow the path to an alcove and climb the ladder. Expect a fight at the top from several Glintstone Sorcerers and a Mad Pumpkin Head.
Item description & lore
