Shield Crash has you two-hand your shield and charge forward while still guarding. Weaker enemies get shoved back and may be staggered. Hold the button to keep charging for longer.

It grants no affinity and works on every shield.

Dropped by a Scarab in Lux Ruins on the Altus Plateau, on the northern side of the ruined church at the top of the hill.
