Ash of War: Mighty Shot

Mighty Shot has you turn into an angled stance and draw the bowstring all the way back for a much stronger arrow that can punch through an enemy’s guard.

It grants no affinity and works on light bows and longbows, so it fits any archer, especially a Dexterity build.

A guaranteed drop from a Scarab at the crossroads northwest of the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace on the Weeping Peninsula.
