Sellia Evergaol

Sellia Evergaol sits west of Sellia, Town of Sorcery, overlooking the Swamp of Aeonia. It holds Battlemage Hugues, a sorcerer from the Academy of Raya Lucaria who was locked away here.

He fights mostly with sorcery from a distance. Beat him and you get his spirit ashes, a summon that casts strong glintstone spells for you.
