Godskin Duo

The Godskin Duo is exactly what it sounds like: a tall, thin Godskin Apostle and a round, rolling Godskin Noble, fighting you at the same time in the Dragon Temple of Crumbling Farum Azula. Each of them is a decent boss on their own. Together, they are a test of patience.

They share one big health bar, and when one of them falls, the other brings them back after a short while. The fight is long, so do not expect to win quickly.

How to beat it

The key is splitting them up. Use the pillars around the arena to break their line of sight and fight one at a time. Many players focus on the Noble, because he is slow and has long recoveries, while keeping an eye on the Apostle.

Do not rush the kills. When one goes down, they come back, but the shared health bar keeps dropping. Spirit ashes are a big help here, because they give one of the two something else to chase.

Lore

The Godskins serve the Gloam-Eyed Queen and hunt gods with black flame. You may well have met each kind on its own earlier in your journey.

Notes & tips

  • Their phase 2 attacks can smash the upper parts of the pillars, so the arena changes as the fight goes on.
