Item description & lore

These bracers belonged to Mad Tongue Alberich and are set with red glintstones said to have formed from sacrificial blood. Alberich was a cold, troubled heretic sorcerer who, legend has it, was driven insane by mocking voices while he served the Roundtable Hold long ago.
