Item description & lore

The pointed hat of Mad Tongue Alberich, marking him as a heretic, studded with red glintstones said to come from the blood of sacrifices. Alberich was a cold and troubled sorcerer who, long ago while serving the Roundtable Hold, was said to have been driven insane by mocking tongues.
