Secret Rite Scroll
A scroll describing a secret rite of the divine gateway. Its purpose in play is to advance Sir Ansbach‘s questline.
Effect
Learn about the secret rite of the divine gateway
Where to find it
It lies in the Specimen Storehouse, closest to the Storehouse, Fourth Floor Site of Grace. Head outside from the grace and go left, deal with the enemy at the top of the stairs and keep going. Before you reach the area with Man-Bats, take the staircase down on the left. It leads to a room with a bookshelf and a table, and the scroll is on the table.
Item description & lore
The scroll suggests that Miquella was not the first to perform this rite. One theory is that Serosh was bound to Hoarah Loux in a similar way to create Godfrey, First Elden Lord; another is that the scroll records just one of several ways to use the gate to reach divinity.
Notes & tips
- Give it to Sir Ansbach near the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace.
