Carian Regal Scepter

The Carian Regal Scepter is a remembrance catalyst for heavy Intelligence builds. It needs 60 Intelligence, scales at B with it, and boosts full moon sorceries by 10%.

Unusually for a staff, it has a skill, Spinning Weapon. It was the scepter of Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon.
