Carian Glintstone Staff

The Carian Glintstone Staff is a sorcery catalyst with C Intelligence scaling and modest requirements (24 Intelligence, plus a little Strength and Dexterity). Its passive boosts Carian sword sorceries by 15%.

That makes it a natural pick if your spell list leans on Carian sword spells. It is one of two Carian staves, handed to sorcerers so they could serve in the role of knights.
