Digger’s Staff

The Digger’s Staff is a sturdy sorcery catalyst that also hits harder than most staves physically. It needs only 12 Intelligence, scales at C with it, and boosts Stonedigger sorceries by 20%.

It is a fun pick for casters who use the rock-based spells. It began life as a mining tool, with a glintstone set into the end of its shaft.

Where to find it

Glintstone Miners have a small chance (about 2%) to drop it, for example in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid. The larger miners have about a 4% chance.

The staff of a sorcerer-miner who digs glintstone out of the crystal tunnels. It doubles as a mining tool, and a glintstone is set into its ferrule.

Notes & tips

  • Stonedigger is not a real school of sorcery and is usually counted as glintstone sorcery. The boost only affects Shatter Earth and Rock Blaster.
