Where to find it

Dropped by Putrid Crystalian Mages (about 8%), such as the one near the Elphael Inner Wall site of grace in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.

Another one can be found by going down to the lower eastern rampart where a Rotten Avatar patrols, then running north up the stairs into the building. With no spear-wielding Crystalians nearby and an Avatar that does not respawn, this one can be the safer one to farm. If you are also farming the Rotten Crystal Spear, the Inner Wall grace is the better spot.
