Where to find it

On a cliff in the Mountaintops of the Giants, north-west of the forge and north-east of the Foot of the Forge grace. Fingercreepers line the path.

Item description & lore

A crystal tear that forms slowly over long ages where the bounty of the Erdtree falls to earth. Mixed into the Flask of Wondrous Physick, it briefly turns harm into healing.

  • One of the few known ways to fully negate the homing projectile attack of the Elden Beast.
