Where to find it

At the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia, on Ranni’s blackened original body, next to the Stargazer Heirloom. To reach the tower, place the Carian Inverted Statue (from Ranni, after delivering the Fingerslayer Blade) on the altar in the Carian Study Hall. A Godskin Noble guards the bridge.
