Bought from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for 3,000 runes.
Oridys’s Rise in the Weeping Peninsula: chest at the top (solve the three-tortoise puzzle).
Testu’s Rise in Liurnia of the Lakes: chest at the top (solve the three-tortoise puzzle).
Lenne’s Rise in northeastern Caelid: reach the balcony with a spiritspring jump on Torrent.
Converted Tower in Liurnia: perform the Erudition gesture in front of the statue (involves giving an Academy Glintstone Key to Thops at the Church of Irith).
Seluvis’s Rise in the Three Sisters: chest at the top of the tower.
Dropped by the Red Wolf of Radagon in the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Dropped by Demi-Human Queen Maggie, northeast of Hermit Village in Mt. Gelmir.
