Miquella’s Needle
One of the unalloyed gold needles Miquella made to keep the influence of outer gods at bay. If you have taken on the Flame of Frenzy, this needle lets you get rid of it and avoid the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending.
It only works in one place: the arena where you fight Dragonlord Placidusax in Crumbling Farum Azula.

Miquella crafted these needles to ward off the meddling of outer gods. This one was never finished, which is why it can only be used in the timeless heart of the storm said to lie in Farum Azula.
Notes & tips
- If the flower is not there, rest at a Site of Grace to reload the area.
- Using the needle removes the frenzied flame eyes, but the burn marks from the Three Fingers stay. You can remove or reapply those marks when Rennala lets you change your appearance.
