Dragon Heart
Dragon Hearts are taken from slain dragons and wyrms. You trade them at a Dragon Communion altar for Dragon Communion incantations.
There are 23 in the base game and 4 more in Shadow of the Erdtree. Using them gives your character glowing eyes.

Notes & tips
- Unlocking every base game Dragon Communion incantation takes 20 hearts.
- Only 3 can be spent at the Church of Dragon Communion in Limgrave. The rest go to the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid.
- In Shadow of the Erdtree, Ghostflame Breath costs 3 hearts at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion.
- The Heart of Bayle and Dragon Hearts cannot be swapped for each other’s rewards.
