Flying Dragon Agheel

Flying Dragon Agheel lands on Agheel Lake in Limgrave, near the Dragon-Burnt Ruins, and for most players it is the first dragon they ever fight. The undead nobles in the ruins chant its name, begging it to burn them.

It is a big, dramatic early fight, and the reward, a Dragon Heart, lets you buy dragon incantations at the Church of Dragon Communion.

How to beat it

Fight it on Torrent. Stay under its belly or at its legs and away from its head. When it flies up, ride away and watch where it lands. Its fire breath sweeps across the lake, so ride to the side, not straight back.
