Craft it once you have the Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook 11, bought from the Nomadic Merchant at the southern end of the great lake in Liurnia of the Lakes, near the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace. Ready-made ones can also be found:

Notes & tips

  • Raises magic damage negation by 15% (10% in PvP) for 120 seconds. It counts as a body buff.
  • Compared to the Magic Fortification incantation, the liver lasts longer (120 vs 90 seconds) and costs no FP, while the incantation protects more strongly in PvE. In PvP the liver comes out ahead.
