Nomadic Merchant (Northern Limgrave)

This nomadic merchant sits at a campfire in Limgrave, on the eastern end of the bridge that links Stormhill with the north-east of the region, just east of the Saintsbridge Site of Grace.

He sells a few useful early items, a cookbook, a couple of weapons and a handy note.
