Wormface

The giant Wormface stands at the foot of the Minor Erdtree on the Altus Plateau, surrounded by smaller Wormfaces and Erdtree Guardians. It is a tall, cloaked figure with a face of writhing worms.

Its breath causes deathblight. If the meter fills, you die on the spot, no matter how much health you have.

How to beat it

Keep your distance from its face and its breath, and fight from range if you can. If you go in close, hit its legs and back out before it breathes. Clear the smaller Wormfaces first so you are not caught between them.
