Highway Lookout Tower (Altus Plateau)

This Highway Lookout Tower is a crumbling watchtower built into the cliffs in the north-east of the Altus Plateau. It keeps an eye on the northern road that runs into the Capital Outskirts, so it makes a handy landmark on the way toward the capital. Not to be confused with its namesake in Liurnia, the Highway Lookout Tower (Liurnia).

The capital’s troops hold the place. You will run into a Leyndell Foot Soldier, a Leyndell Soldier and a Leyndell Knight here. Clear them out and you can pick up a Greatbow with Great Arrows, and hunt down a Scarab that drops an Ash of War.
