Mohgwyn Palace
Mohgwyn Palace lies on an island far to the east in the underground Siofra River, under a sky that is red instead of starry. A lake of blood fills the lowlands, the cliffs are covered with the bodies of the dead, and the place is ruled by Mohg, Lord of Blood.
Mohg means to build a new dynasty here, and he has stolen something precious to do it: the cocoon of Miquella. At the end of the Dynasty Mausoleum waits Mohg himself, one of the hardest optional bosses in the game.

How to get there
The easiest way is through White Mask Varré’s questline, which ends with the Pureblood Knight’s Medal. Using it takes you straight to the palace.
