Rune Arc

Using a Rune Arc slightly raises your maximum HP and switches on the power of your equipped Great Rune, such as Mohg’s Great Rune.

The boost lasts until you die or swap to a different Great Rune. It is paused while you are invading or summoned to someone else’s world, but still works when you are the host.

Where to find it

You earn one through online play: as a Furled Finger when the area boss falls, as an invader when the host dies, or as a hunter when an invader dies.

Rats and giant rats have a small chance to drop one. Earthbore Cave and the Beside the Rampart Gaol Site of Grace at Castle Morne, both on the Weeping Peninsula, are good farming spots. Frenzied rats drop them more rarely.

The Volcano Manor assassination targets Old Knight Istvan, Rileigh the Idle and Great Horned Tragoth each drop one.
