Exile Soldier

Exile Soldiers are men who were once shipped off to penal colonies, and they still hide their faces under red hoods. Their shields are covered in mottled, thorny patterns that echo the look of Stormveil Castle, which is fitting, since that is where most of them stand guard.

Besides Stormveil you meet them in Fringefolk Hero’s Grave and much later at Castle Sol. Some carry spears or torchpoles, some crossbows, and the sword users can unleash the Storm Blade skill. A bigger version, the Large Exile Soldier, also exists.
