Mausoleum Soldier
Mausoleum Soldiers are headless warriors who guard the Wandering Mausoleums. Their surcoats show the mausoleum bell, which rings in mourning for the soulless demigods resting inside.
You meet them on the Weeping Peninsula, in Liurnia of the Lakes, in the Consecrated Snowfield and in the Deeproot Depths. Their commanders are the Mausoleum Knights.

How to beat it
They fight like regular foot soldiers with swords, picks, shields and crossbows. Shoot or rush the crossbow users first, then handle the rest one by one. In the Snowfield they are much tougher, so treat them with more respect there.
Lore
The soldiers chose to follow their masters into death by cutting off their own heads, and they live on as spirits who keep watch over the mausoleums.
