Where to find it

Found in Crumbling Farum Azula, in a room inside the Dragon Temple before the Godskin Duo. A Banished Knight guards it and another patrols nearby.

Item description & lore

These beastmen came from Farum Azula, the crumbling ruins in the sky. The ruins are said to be a vast mausoleum for an ancient dragon, watched over by chosen beastmen whose weapons crackle with lightning.
