Spiked Caestus

The Spiked Caestus is a light fist weapon where the usual rivets have been swapped for spikes, giving every punch passive blood loss buildup. It scales with Strength and Dexterity and has low requirements.

Like other fist weapons it comes as a pair, and two-handing it equips one on each hand. The default skill is Endure.

Where to find it

Buy it from the Isolated Merchant in Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow (at his shack) for 4,000 runes. Later you can buy it from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold once you hand over Isolated Merchant’s Bell Bearing 3.
