Where to find it

A rare drop (about 3 percent) from Banished Knights who wear it, such as the one near the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid.

Item description & lore

Part of a heavy suit of armor that encloses the whole body, worn by knights driven from their homelands through bad luck or wrongdoing. The dark red scarf likely kept off the harsh, cutting winds of the outlying lands.
