Envoy Crown
A standalone head piece: a soft, layered bundle of cloth worn by the Oracle Envoys. It is light with low poise but has good focus and vitality resistance. Its effect boosts skills that use bubbles, so it pairs nicely with bubble-based weapon skills.

Item description & lore
It is wrapped in so many layers of cloth that no one knows what is underneath. Some swear they heard a faint whimper coming from inside, though that was surely just their imagination.
