Ancestral Follower Warrior

Ancestral Follower Warriors have given up steel. Their weapons are made from repurposed animal parts.

You meet them near the Minor Erdtree (East Liurnia), at Uld Palace Ruins, along the Siofra River, in Worshippers’ Woods and Ancestral Woods in Nokron, Eternal City, at the Lake of Rot and in the Consecrated Snowfield.

How to beat it

They usually fight as a group, and some of them are archers. Pick off the archers first or use cover against their arrows, then deal with the melee warriors one at a time. The ones at the Lake of Rot and in the Snowfield are far tougher than those in Liurnia.

Lore

Their animal-bone weapons mark them as people who abandoned steel. An Ancestral Follower Warrior archer can be summoned with the Ancestral Follower Ashes, which you get for defeating the Ancestor Spirit at Hallowhorn Grounds (South).
