Count Ymir gives it to you, together with the Hole-Laden Necklace, the first time you meet him behind closed doors at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr.

Item description & lore

Ymir claims he only wants to help those who fight for a purpose. According to him, whoever rings the hanging bell at the ruin will have their fate guided by the stars.

Notes & tips

Ring the bell at the Finger Ruins of Rhia with the Hole-Laden Necklace to get the Crimson Seed Talisman +1, then go back to Ymir for the second map and Beloved Stardust.
Watch out for the Fingercreepers and leech-like enemies on the way to the bell.
If Ymir is ever missing from his throne, ring the bell you are currently working on again to bring him back.
