Freezing Lake

Freezing Lake is a frozen lake in the north-east of the Mountaintops of the Giants, wrapped in thick, icy fog. The Site of Grace sits on its western bank.

The lake belongs to Borealis the Freezing Fog, an ice dragon that drops a Dragon Heart when it falls. You will also run into snow-covered Giant Crayfish and Spirit Jellyfish. There is an Effigy of the Martyr summoning pool here, so you can call in help for the dragon.

How to get there

The lake is in the north-eastern Mountaintops of the Giants and connects to Spiritcaller Cave and the First Church of Marika.

Lore

Ice dragons like Borealis once ruled these peaks, until the Fire Giants drove them from the summit. There is also a Birdseye Telescope here if you want a look at the surroundings.
